Apply now for IRE’s Campus Reading grants
UW-Green Bay has a solid history in earning Campus Reading Seminar grants from the UW System Institute on Race and Ethnicity. It’s again time to apply! The grants support reading groups and scholarly exchanges by making funds available for the purchase of books that focus on racial/ethnic themes. Participants in the seminars may include faculty members, academic and classified staff, students and people from the community. There should be a minimum of six and a maximum of 15 participants in each seminar. The maximum request is $400, which only may be used for the cost of the books. Proposals must be sent to the Institute office and postmarked no later than Friday, Nov. 7. View the application at: http://www.uwm.edu/Dept/IRE/grant_programs/reading_seminars.html
