New Leaf Co-op announces vendors for Saturday’s winter market

As a courtesy to the people from UW-Green Bay involved in the formation of New Leaf Market Cooperative, we convey news that more than 30 vendors will participate in the first-ever Winter Farmers Market in downtown Green Bay. The first market is Saturday (Jan. 15) from 8 a.m. to noon at the KI Convention Center, 333 Main St. A second market will take place Jan. 29. Products available will range from locally raised lamb, bison and grass-fed beef, to artisan breads, muffins and cookies, to teas and spices and winter vegetables.
