Activist, cross-country runner Abe Clark hits the halfway mark
UW-Green Bay alumnus Abe Clark has reached the halfway mark in his quest to run across the nation. Clark’s quest is called Running Water because he’s raising money to repair water wells in Haiti. He has reached $52,907 in donations and has logged 1,624 miles of his 2,860-mile quest. Clark has briefly left the trail to attend his grandfather’s funeral in Milwaukee, but expects to resume running on Sunday (May 9) from Fort Scott, Kansas.
