Dr. Brenda Amenson-Hill

Congratulations to Interim Dean of Students Brenda Amenson-Hill, who recently became Dr. Brenda Amenson-Hill upon completion of the Ed. D. program in Education and Organizational Change at Benedictine University in Lisle, Ill. The intensive program, completed over three years, complimented her roles and responsibilities as assistant dean for campus life and co-coordinator of the FOCUS programs for first-year students. Dr. Amenson-Hill’s dissertation, “How Student Involvement Impacts the First-Year College Experience,” centered on the benefits of student involvement early in a student’s college career. Brenda defended her dissertation on March 6.
