Empathy & Leadership are November’s Caffeinated Conversation

Join the Schreiber Institute for Women’s Leadership in Marinette at A Place for Coffee on Tuesday, November 12, 8:30-9:30 a.m. for a Caffeinated Conversation about “Empathy and Leadership.” A virtual session is also available on Thursday, November 14 at the same time.

Empathy is a critical component to ensuring all people can thrive and empathetic leadership can be a powerful force for good in the workplace. Building a network of supportive women at work and in the community is essential to cultivating empathy for ourselves and others. A supportive network allows women to feel seen, understood and validated in their experiences. Let’s learn from each other on this important topic. Members are free. Nonmembers pay a nominal fee.
