Meyer’s salsa is back in stock

“Someone’s in the kitchen Dinah…” and we know who it is.  Steve Meyer has not been “strumming on the ol’ banjo,” he has been busy making over 200 pints of salsa.  Meyer’s salsa, made from the tomatoes and peppers grown in his backyard garden, from plants purchased at the NAS Heirloom Plant Sale back in May, is made with tender, loving care.  Old School Meyer prepares everything by hand, literally putting sweat and tears (but no blood…yet) into his creation.

He always has a supply of salsa (mild, medium, and hot) in his office (LS446) that is available in exchange for a donation to the Katie Hemauer Memorial Endowed Scholarship.  The scholarship honors the memory of UWGB alumna Katie Hemauer, who was tragically taken from us far too early in an accident caused by an impaired driver.
