Trombley weighs in on restoring Toyota’s image

Its reputation battered, Toyota is taking the right steps by issuing a very public mea culpa, said Christina Trombley, director of UW-Green Bay’s Small Business Development Center. Speaking to WBAY-TV on Wednesday (Feb. 24), Trombley said Toyota’s new commercials that acknowledge and pledge to rectify problems are a good first step in restoring corporate image.
