Perspective: A $300m campus

Thought this was a statistic worth sharing. (It came up last week with the discussion of capital-repair projects at UW-Green Bay should a federal infrastructure stimulus be forthcoming; the campus could be in line for up to $1 million for road and parking maintenance and another $1 million mostly for roof repairs.) Anyway, to put those numbers in perspective, the institution’s reported property value as of May 2008, for buildings and contents, was $298,829,366.
