Donald F. Harden added to athletics’ Top 50 Most Influential Leaders list
On Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2019, former UW-Green Bay Administrator Donald F. Harden was announced by Green Bay Athletics as the newest member of the “Top 50 Most Influential Leaders in Green Bay Athletics History” list. Harden served on the UW-Green Bay faculty and administration from 1970-1994, including a stint as Athletic Director from 1982-1985. He is credited with leading the move from Division II to Division I, creating the Phoenix Fund and playing a key role in the development of the Mid-Continent Conference. Harden was inducted as a charter member of the Green Bay Phoenix Hall of Fame in 1993.
