UW-Green Bay Chancellor Gary Miller shook plenty of hands and handed out hundreds of diplomas Saturday (Dec. 13) at the Weidner Center. He also presented an honorary doctorate to UW-Green Bay community advocate Ginny Riopelle. The University 45th mid-year commencement was the first for Miller since he arrived on campus in August.
