Nominations for Lavender Leadership Award

Nominate a UW-Green Bay senior, staff and/or faculty member for the Lavender Leadership Award which was instituted in 2011 to recognize those who have made significant contributions to improving the lives of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender people at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. The honorees will be honored at the Lavender Graduation in April. Once your nomination is submitted, the nominee will be contacted to complete the nomination process. Nominations will be accepted until Friday, March 1, 2013 at www.uwgb.edu/aic/lavender.asp.

Lavender Graduation is April 11: The Lavender Graduation is a special graduation ceremony that honors the achievements of graduating lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender students on campus. Lavender Graduation is a collaborative event supported by many different student support service offices. This spring’s event will take place at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, in the University Union’s 1965 Room.
