The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee is doing another of its popular Parents Night Out (formerly Kids Night Out) evenings on Friday, April 11 at the Kress. The event from 6 to 8:30 p.m. allows parents and/or guardians to spend an evening relaxing or out on the town while their kids (K-6) hang out with some of their favorite Phoenix student-athletes, with basketball, volleyball, soccer, arts and crafts, movies and snacks. The cost is $10 per child but additional siblings can attend for only $5 each. More details.

A lot of faculty and staff members enroll their children in this event every year: The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee will be hosting its first Kids Night Out of the year on Friday, Oct. 25 at the Kress Center. The Halloween themed event is from 6 to 9 p.m. and is open to all kids in grades K-6 for just $10 (Second child from a family gets in for $5). The Green Bay Phoenix Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) will be hosting Kids Night Out next Friday, April 12 at the Kress Events Center. While providing parents the chance for an evening out, the night will give kids to opportunity to come to campus and hang out with student-athletes from a variety of Green Bay’s 16 Division I sports teams. Kids Night Out will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. and is open to all kids in grades K-6. Numerous activities will be planned for the night, including basketball, face painting, soccer, volleyball, arts and crafts, movies and much more. The cost is $10 per child but each additional sibling in a family can attend for just $5. All proceeds will go to support the initiatives of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. More information.
