Prof. Meir Russ of the Cofrin School of Business recently completed a two-day visit to Rome, where he gave lectures and presented graduate seminar to Ph.D. students on ‘Human Capital Valuation’ at the Universita degli Studi Rome Tre. He also introduced the two books he is editing to be published in the near future by Palgrave-Macmillan on the subject. The books will be titled Management, Valuation, and Risk for Human Capital and Human Assets: Building the Foundation for a Multi-Disciplinary, Multi-Level Theory and Value Creation, Reporting, and Signaling for Human Capital and Human Assets: Building the Foundation for a Multi-Disciplinary, Multi-Level Theory. Russ also advised graduate students at the university on writing and submitting papers to international academic publications, and discussed potential collaboration in research studies.
