The campus community is invited to a movie screening and Q&A session with visiting scholar Patricia Isasa from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19 in the Christie Theatre. Isasa, a survivor of Argentina’s Dirty War, will share a story of historical memory and justice and standing up to the authoritarian regime. The event is free and open to the public. Isasa also will hold a seminar with interested students and faculty on Friday, Sept. 21. Her lecture and seminar are sponsored by the International Visiting Scholars Program, Office of Student Life, and Political Science and Spanish departments.
