Back in the top 25!

The UW-Green Bay women’s basketball team has been in the AP Top 25 before — many times, in fact, over the last decade or so — but there’s something especially rewarding and exciting this time. The new AP sportswriters’ poll out today has the Phoenix at No. 25. It’s been a long climb after two early non-conference losses, but Kevin Borseth’s team has since run the table. They’re 21-2 and a perfect 11-0 in the Horizon. See today’s AP rankings.
