07/10/2018 - Texas residents face charges for stolen textbooks

Ryan Lewis and Genesis Abellar face charges for $12,000 worth of textbooks stolen from UW campuses across Wisconsin. The two Texas residents then sold the textbooks to college students online. Read the full story on WHBY.
