02/06/2018 - Rector and Hong featured on NBC26

UW-Green Bay professors Michael Rector and Sylvia Hong will head to the site of the 2018 Winter Olympics to perform a piano concert. NBC 26 featured the couple. Rector says it was an experience he couldn’t pass up. He is honored for the opportunity and looking forward to taking in the whole experience.

02/06/2018 - Chef Corey Arndt named ‘Premium Chef’

Chef Corey Arndt with Chartwell’s at UW-Green Bay was named Premium Chef for his Rustic Cinnamon and Espresso Pork Tenderloin at the 2018 Wisconsin Pork Association Taste of Elegance Competition. This year marked the 30th anniversary of the annual competition that encourages chefs to create innovative and inspiring pork recipes.
