Alumna Katie Scharenbroch wins Outstanding Dietetic Intern of the Year Award

Katie Scharenbroch ’17 (Human Biology – Nutritional Sciences) was selected to receive the Wisconsin Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (WAND) Outstanding Dietetic Intern of the Year Award. The award is intended to recognize emerging leadership and achievement of students in Wisconsin accredited dietetics programs. Scharenbroch is currently completing her dietetic internship through Priority Nutrition Care (Boston, MA) en route to earning the Registered Dietitian credential. Scharenbroch joins fellow UWGB alumna Mallory Krueger ’17 who was selected to receive the WAND Outstanding Student Award. Both will receive their awards at the Wisconsin Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Conference in April 2018.
