Morning ceremony graduates share their bold next steps.

It begins by making the choice to ignite the future. To make a difference and have experiences. To turn a spark into a flame. This is a place where professors not only know your name, they recognize your potential. The December Class of 2025 are not just any college students.

They are Phoenix.

And they are Built to Rise.

December Commencement Morning Video Transcript: I’ll be graduating from UWGB today. Super exciting with a Psychology major. I’ll be applying to the University in Portland, and I’m super excited for my new beginning. What’s next? So my future with my Public Administration Master’s degree is to continue to grow in the nonprofit field and advance my career at the Door County Maritime Museum. I’m graduating with a degree in Democracy and Justice Studies, and I’m very excited. After, graduating here, I’ll be going to law school in the fall. And I recently just applied to master’s program in Education and Leadership at the University of Green Bay. So hopefully two years I’ll be coming back and graduating from that. I’m so excited to graduate today. After 15 years of working at it, I’ll be graduating with my Music Education degree in choral and my next steps are substituting around town and then hopefully gaining a position in the fall for general music or choir director. I am excited about my future. I came to UW-Green Bay looking for a degree in engineering, and then I ended up in Democracy and Justice. And I’m working as a mental health professional. As soon as I graduate. I’m so excited about my future as a case manager in Outagamie County. I’m really excited to start a full time job teaching people about alcohol abuse and substance abuse, really heavy stuff, but I’m excited to see what I can do with it. What’s next after college? I’m going into PA school to pursue neuroscience. I’m excited for my future because I got accepted into two universities for my Master’s of Public Administration. I’ve yet to decide which one, but that’s what’s next. Go Phoenix!
