UW-Green Bay mourns the loss of Max Frost

UW-Green Bay learned of the passing of Max Frost, last Thursday, Dec. 2, 2021. He and his wife Susan Frost (lecturer in the Humanities) have been longtime supporters of the University, including extensive involvement in UW-Green Bay Theatre and Dance and the Czech Slovak Voice Competition, as well as events sponsored by the UW-Green Bay’s Founder’s Association. Community-arts activists, the Frosts hosted numerous international artists and scholars. Max was very involved with the Green Bay Community Theater.

According to this obituary, a memorial service is being planned for Spring. “Max was equally passionate about theatre and nursing education. Memorials may be made to the Bellin College of Nursing, where he served as a board member for 11 years or the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Theatre Department for Scholarships where he last performed on the Weidner Stage as Mr. Potter in It’s A Wonderful Life.”
