UW-Green Bay mourns loss of Raymond Greisinger

Raymond John Greisinger passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at the age of 85. He taught at UW-Green Bay on an ad hoc basis and worked in the local schools teaching science, physics and chemistry. Dean John Katers and former provost and Prof. Greg Davis were both taught by Greisinger at Green Bay Southwest High School. Visitation will be at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., on Thursday June 17, from 4 to 6 p.m.

A Parish Wake service will conclude the evening. Visitation will continue Friday June 18, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 2597 Glendale Ave., 10 – 11:30 a.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery.
