Superior native Lindstrom named Horizon League player of the week

Superior, Wis. native and UW-Green Bay senior forward Jessica Lindstrom has been named the Horizon League women’s basketball player of the week, it was announced on Monday afternoon. Lindstrom averaged a double double in two games this past weekend, scoring 22 points and 18 rebounds a game for the Phoenix. That team had its 11-game winning streak snapped with a loss to Cleveland State before then beating Youngstown State. KBJR6 had the story.
