‘Secure Your STEM Internship,’ virtual event scheduled for July 21
UW System students interested in STEM-related internships are invited to attend the upcoming virtual event “Secure Your STEM Internship” on July 21 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Students, who register for the free event at wisys.org/spark, will:
- Network with Wisconsin business leaders who offer STEM internships to UW students.
- Learn where to look for internship opportunities.
- Gather tips, tricks and advice on how to land the internship you want and get the most out of the experience.
Attendees will hear from a variety of participating companies including:
- Jamf
- Noble Applications
- Promega
- Molex
- Georgia-Pacific
- Ocean Spray
- Amcor
- Schreiber Foods
- Exact Sciences
This engaging learning session, which will include breakout discussions in a variety of areas of interest, will provide students with valuable information on these important developmental opportunities.
