Student recitals, April 6-7, 2018
UW-Green Bay Music is hosting recitals this weekend at the Jean Weidner Theatre, Weidner Center. They are free and open to the public. This recital is presented in partial fulfillment of requirements for the Bachelor of Music Composition in the Music Discipline and a Bachelor of Music Education in the Music Discipline at UW-Green Bay.
Friday, April 6 at 6 p.m. — Jack Van Beek, junior recital (composition) and Acacia Angelo (soprano), student of Prof. Sara Meredith Livingston. Grant Colburn, Piano. Featuring works by Vivaldi, Handel, Lotti, Mozart, Hahn, Satie, Dvořák and Menotti. Free admission.
Saturday, April 7 at 2 p.m. — Junior Recital, Lorelei Zimmerman, Piano. Student of Prof. Michael Rector. Featuring works by Prokofiev, Bach, Liszt and Schoenberg. And McKenzie Reimann, Mezzo-Soprano, student of Prof. Sarah Meredith Livingston. Emily Sculliuffo, Piano. Featuring works by Handel, Parisotti, Scarlatti, Schubert, Fauré, Crist and Schmidt.
