Susan Frost presents at annual conference in Minneapolis

Associate Lecturer in the Humanities Department and Cofrin School of Business, Susan Frost presented a workshop on critical thinking for the International Institute of Municipal Clerks annual conference in Minneapolis. Frost’s work in the Applied Humanities is a new direction in teaching critical thinking and empathy for public servants, businesses and healthcare. A cross-disciplinary approach, it nurtures integrated thinking that helps organizations move forward.
