Team Performance workshop set for early March at UW-Green Bay
GREEN BAY – The Wisconsin Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay is enrolling for its next workshop, “Developing High Performance Teams.” The workshop offering is or small business owners and their team members as well as supervisors within any organization.
The two-day workshop begins on Tuesday, March 8, and concludes on Wednesday, March 9. Participants in this interactive workshop will learn how to select team members, create team purpose, facilitate consensus, establish team guidelines and sustain team effectiveness.
The workshop can earn credit toward a certificate in Supervisory Leadership and will start at 8:30 a.m. and end at 3:30 p.m. at the Advance Business & Manufacturing Center at 2701 Larsen Road in Green Bay. Fees include materials, lunch and morning and afternoon refreshments.
