Planning an event related to 2010-11 Common Theme? Let us know

For the upcoming academic year, the campus community will explore multiple perspectives of the Common Theme: “The Leadership Question.” What is leadership? Who leads? What is the relationship of leaders and followers? How have perceptions of leadership changed over time? How do various cultures view leadership? Leading —moving a group toward the accomplishment of shared goals — requires on-going study and practice. If you will be contributing to the exploration and celebration of this theme, Common Theme coordinators would like to know. We are in the beginning stages of putting together promotions for the start of the fall semester. To be included in these materials, please send the name of your event, time, date, place, a short description, and sponsor information to the Office of Student Life, osl@uwgb.edu. Watch for a reminder and deadline mid-summer.
