Information Services transition from Academic Affairs to Business and Finance
University Leadership has announced that the Information Services division transitioned from Academic Affairs to Business and Finance on February 13, 2017. In planning for the retirement of UW-Green Bay Interim Chief Information Officer David Kieper later this year, Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance Sheryl Van Gruensven announces that Director of the Cofrin Library Paula Ganyard has been asked to serve as Assistant Vice Chancellor for Information Technology and Library Services effective July 9, 2017. Ganyard will continue her role as library director in addition to leading the Information Services division. “Paula has showed exemplary leadership overseeing the award-winning library,” said Van Gruensven. “She previously served as Deputy CIO for Information Services at UW-Green Bay and was a finalist for the role of CIO in 2012. Paula’s background and proven leadership make her highly qualified for her newly expanded role.”
