At HuffPo and NewDeal 2.0, Kaye questions Obama’s Kansas speech


UW-Green Bay Prof. Harvey Kaye has published an essay at both New Deal 2.0 and the Huffington Post which questions why some progressives appear almost euphoric over President Obama’s populist-style speech last week in Kansas. While the President made some good points, the professor of Democracy and Social Justice writes, real progress isn’t likely to occur because of lofty talk about progressive values.
