Center for Public Affairs says affordable housing for some populations is difficult
Finding affordable housing is a challenge faced by many people who have served time behind bars, according to a recent report by the UW-Green Bay Center for Public Affairs that examined barriers to safe and stable housing in Brown County. The Green Bay Press-Gazette has the story.
