Chuck Brys helps with ‘car condos’ idea

UW-Green Bay Small Business Development Center’s counselor Chuck Brys assisted Bart Wolf with his new vision of “car condos.” Wolf, who owns Wolf Motorsports and Motorsport Villas, decided to relocate his business as it outgrew its old home in Elkhart Lake. Along the way, he developed a new idea, car condos, which are condos for car enthusiasts near the Road America Race Track. Wolf said he received “great advice and detailed financials” from Brys, and in the first 10 condos were sold in the first two weeks.
