Tara Carr to speak at ‘Muster Across Wisconsin’ May 24

Tara Carr, director of the Small Business Development Center at the UW-Green Bay, will speak about resources to start and grow a small business in the state at “Muster Across Wisconsin” from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at Lambeau Field.
