The crowning of Miss Harbor takes place at the Manitowoc Campus, Saturday

Nineteen women from across the state will compete for titles and scholarship with the winners representing the area at the Miss Wisconsin and Miss Wisconsin’s Outstanding Teen pageants in Oshkosh in June. The Miss Harbor Cities competition is a local preliminary for the Miss America Organization and is Saturday, March 16, 2019 on the UW-Green Bay, Manitowoc Campus. See more.
