Greater Green Bay Chamber Honors Young Professionals | INSIGHT
Current Young Professionals, a program of the Greater Green Bay Chamber, hosted the 2025 Future 15 & Young Professional Awards Feb. 27 at the Oneida Casino Hotel.
There were 21 finalists honored.
The 2025 award recipients are:
- 2025 Young Entrepreneur of the Year – Tarlton Knight – The Tarlton Theatre. Tarlton formed his company with a dream of transforming an aging cinema into the center of arts and culture in downtown Green Bay. The Tarlton Theatre is home to the Green Bay Film Festival, Green Bay Jazz Orchestra, and Green Bay Jazz Fest. This year, he plans to open Green Bay’s first food truck park at his new outdoor music venue.
- 2025 Next Generation Best Place to Work – Fox Communities Credit Union. - Young Professional of the Year – Sam Schwartz – Paramount Physical Therapy & Training. As the director of operations, Sam has shaped the culture within his organization. Beyond his clinical responsibilities, Sam has designed and implemented a bi-weekly mentorship program for his colleagues to foster an environment of continuous learning while improving patient outcomes and professional satisfaction.
