Thompson: UW schools to increase virus testing next semester

FOX 11 spoke exclusively with UW System President Tommy Thompson to see how the schools are looking to slow the spread.

“In the first semester, we only did testing of the residents once a week. And now we’re going to test everyone in the residence halls at least once a week, and maybe twice a week. And those individual students living off campus were not tested first semester, we’re going to test them once every other week,”  Thompson said.
