UW-Green Bay Chorale to perform Friday at Weidner
The UW-Green Bay Chorale will give its final concert of the year Friday (May 3), performing at 7:30 p.m. in the Cofrin Family Hall at the Weidner Center. Under the direction of Associate Prof. Randall Meder, the group will present works from such composers as William Byrd, Thomas Tomkins, Johann Sebastian Bach and Eric Whitacre, spanning several centuries in a program with plenty of variety in time and style. The vocalists will be accompanied on piano and harpsichord by Assistant Prof. David Severtson, and also will welcome four student instrumentalists to assist during the concert.
