Call for Commencement participants and volunteers
The 2018 University of Wisconsin–Green Bay Spring/Summer Commencement ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. in the Kress Events Center. UW-Green Bay faculty and staff are cordially invited to attend this important University event.

Participation
- All academic program chairs and master’s candidates’ major professors are expected to attend the ceremony. If you are not able to attend, please contact Pam Gilson (x2221 or gilsonp@uwgb.edu) and give her the name of the person who will be substituting for you no later than April 2.
- Processing? All faculty and staff, including chairs and major professors, who plan to process in academic attire need to sign up by May 4.
- Just attending? For those who are not processing but wish to attend the ceremony, signup is not needed. However, because tickets will be required, please complete the Ticket Request Form. One ticket will be mailed to your campus address for your use in a staff seating section.

Faculty gown rental and purchase:
Rental and purchase reservations were due by March 23.
Faculty gown rental pickup:
An email will be sent when rental reservations have arrived at The Phoenix Bookstore. Please verify that you have the correct apparel, including the tassel (black for masters degrees, gold for Ph.D.), before leaving the store.)
