UW-Green Bay faculty & staff Climate and Engagement Survey coming in 2023
From the office of Human Resources and Workforce Diversity:
Our faculty and staff are essential to the mission and strategic priorities at UW-Green Bay. Assessing campus climate and employee engagement is critically important to support strategic planning, faculty and staff recruitment/retention, and professional development activities. By capturing faculty and staff perceptions on many campus climate-related topics, including diversity, job satisfaction, employee experience and engagement, institutional priorities, etc., we can better understand employee needs and what we can do to improve the experiences of all employees here at UW-Green Bay.
Therefore, UW-Green Bay will be participating in a Faculty & Staff Climate and Engagement Survey during the 2023 spring semester. Starting next week, employees will be receiving detailed information regarding this survey, which will be distributed and collected between January 31, 2023 and March 9, 2023.
We are asking you to support this initiative by completing the survey. Please note that the actual request to participate with the link to the survey and reminders during the collection period will be sent from HERI directly, from the following email addresses:
- Faculty Survey: HERIFacultySurvey@DataRecognitionCorp.com
- Staff Survey: heri@vanc.net
Both surveys will be available to complete from January 31, 2023 – March 9, 2023 (4:30 p.m.). The survey will take approximately 25-30 minutes to complete.
To prepare faculty and staff for the survey, a blog post has been published featuring Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). You are encouraged to review the information in the blog post. If you have any questions about the information in the FAQ or the survey process itself, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Thank you in advance for taking an active role in improving campus climate and employee engagement. We wish you a peaceful start to your new semester!
