Next Wednesday shaping up as special treat: ice cream, learning

It’s “Get the Scoop” in January! As a pre-semester celebration, the University Union is dishing out a winter edition of its popular summer offering. This Get the Scoop is set for noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday (Jan. 22) at Leona Cloud Commons. A mere $1 buys you a double scoop of ice cream, while supplies last, in the following featured flavors: Chocolate Fudge, Vanilla, Raspberry Cheese Cake, Cookie Dough, Cotton Candy.

Reminder on professional development
Already sent campuswide but repeated here for the record, the 2014 Winter All-Employee Professional Development Day takes place Wednesday (Jan. 22), with programs at various locations across campus. Because of limited space in each session, employees should RSVP with Human Resources before this Friday. More details.
