All faculty and staff! Set up DUO before Jan. 31, 2020
DUO, a multi-factor authentication product, has been continuously added to aspects of UW-Green Bay systems. Employees will need to enroll in DUO by Jan. 31, 2020. DUO can be used on a smartphone or tablet, or on a UW-Green Bay-provided token/fob. It involves being sent a randomly generated numeric code when accessing UW-Green Bay systems.
To register, please contact the IT Help Desk before Jan. 31, 2020, or you will not have access to email or Office 365 applications. Registration requires both a University ID and state issued photo ID.
If you are on one of the additional campus locations, you may also see the ATS technician or student IT support specialist (formerly the case associates) at your location to register and verify your identity:
- Sheboygan – Nate Ruetten or Jane Donlon
- Manitowoc – Parker Nadeau or Nancy Balaban
- Marinette – Craig Young or Danielle Roberts
If you are unable to get to one of the campuses, please contact the IT Help Desk on the Green Bay campus (helpdesk@uwgb.edu or 920-465-2309) to set up an appointment to do video phone call to show your required forms of ID.
