Advance Center will host Chamber seminar on ‘Understanding Commercial Leases’
The Advance Business and Manufacturing Center, at 2701 Larsen Road on the campus of NWTC, is hosting a breakfast program from 7:30 to 9 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 10. It’s the latest program in the Chamber of Commerce “Innovation” series. The topic this time is “Understanding Commercial Leases,” with panelists Jamie Blom of Smet Construction, Pete Roland of Bay Lakes Commercial Realtors, and Garritt Bader of GB Real Estate Investments LLC. “Triple net” vs. gross leases, buildout provisions, escalator clauses, tenant allowances and improvements, “go dark” clauses and much more will be reviewed. UW-Green Bay, through its Small Business Development Center, is a partner in the Advance Center and in that way a co-sponsor of the event. The $10 program fee includes breakfast.
