Public and Environmental Affairs announces student honorees for 2012-13
Congratulations to Alex Moeller and Ashley Skalecki, who are co-recipients of the Public and Environmental Affairs (PEA) Outstanding Student Award for 2012-2013 academic year. This award recognizes students in Public and Environmental Affairs who have excelled in their academic careers and who also desire to pursue a career of public service. Prof. Katia Levintova notes that this is the fourth time the award and scholarship have been given.
PEA is also happy to announce three co-recipients of its annual Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award for 2012-2013 academic year: Tiffany Bowring, Michael Hengels, and Heba Mohammad. The Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award is given to students who show commitment to excellence in assisting faculty members in the classroom and who plan to pursue a teaching or public career.
The five student honorees will be formally recognized during Celebrating PEA Students gathering in May.
