Scott and Jill Grunert are the new owners of Bumps Grill Tavern, 1902 South 12th Street in Sheboygan. Bumps is also the proud home of the Sheboygan Liars Club, a local charitable organization that, since its inception, has donated more than $150,000 to local organizations that support children with special needs.
