Managing diversity program offered
The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Small Business Development Center is offering “Managing the Future,” a two-day management program focused on understanding diversity issues in the workforce.
One of the elective programs in the Supervisory Leadership Certificate, “Managing the Future” will be offered from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, June 7 and 8.
Participants will learn how to adapt to a wide variety of employee needs in order to become effective managers and leaders in their organizations. Consultant, researcher and UW-La Crosse Associate Professor of Communication Studies Scott Dickmeyer will facilitate.
Participants can register for courses without completing certificate requirements. All courses are $425 per person. Discounts for groups are available.
