Schreiber Institute for Women’s Leadership Launches 2025 Leadership Horizons Survey

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: March 17, 2025
Organization Seeks to Cast a Wide Net to Hear from Women and Men Across Industries
Green Bay, WI — The Schreiber Institute for Women’s Leadership, in partnership with the UW-Green Bay Cofrin School of Business, invites workplace members across all industries to complete the 2025 Leadership Horizons Survey, a research initiative designed to better understand the current experiences of today’s workforce while identifying the types of best practices and leadership development that can drive organizational growth and success.
“Great leadership starts with listening,” says Associate Professor David Radosevich, Cofrin School of Business. “The Leadership Horizons Survey is more than research—it’s about real people, real workplaces, and real impact. Your voice uncovers challenges, shapes opportunities and ensures research guides leadership programs, not guesswork. By contributing, you’re not just sharing your story but helping build stronger, more effective workplaces for everyone.”
The survey is open to everyone currently in the workforce, regardless of industry, years of service, role or leadership level. Women and men are encouraged to participate. Participants can share insights on leadership challenges, career advancement, work-life balance and workplace culture. Findings from the survey will directly inform leadership training, mentorship programs and career development initiatives offered by the Schreiber Institute for Women’s Leadership, ensuring that these efforts are built on real experiences, not assumptions. Results will also be made available to Institute members.
The survey is completely anonymous and takes approximately 12-15 minutes to complete. It will remain open through Monday, March 31, and can be accessed at the Schreiber Institute for Women’s Leadership web page. Participants are encouraged to complete the survey on a laptop or desktop for the best experience and to share the survey link with co-workers and colleagues to ensure the greatest number of voices are included is highly encouraged.
The Horizons Workplace Survey builds on the Institute’s 2021 Insights on Women’s Leadership survey with a goal of continuing to build a regional body of knowledge related to women in the workplace.
By participating in this study, participants contribute to a growing movement to enhance workplace culture and leadership effectiveness. Past participants have helped shape initiatives that support career growth and improve professional development opportunities.
“Right now,” says Pa Lee, PhD, Executive Director, Schreiber Institute for Women’s Leadership, “we’re at a pivotal moment in society. While more women are entering the workforce, we remain underrepresented in leadership roles and career advancement. This is our chance to drive meaningful change. We all know that data informs decisions and decisions impact organizations. Let’s rise together and advance women’s leadership.”
