C-SPAN2 ‘Book TV in Green Bay’ segment to premiere this weekend
Remember a while back when we talked about C-SPAN2 sending a crew to Green Bay to talk to authors and historians including several from UW-Green Bay? Well, the air dates have arrived. The local package will be cablecast at 11 a.m. this Saturday (Oct. 18) and 9:30 a.m. Sunday (Oct. 19.) The segment, 90 minutes in length, will include the following:

• Interview with Mike Hoeft, author of The Bingo Queen of Oneida: How Two Moms Started Tribal Gaming in Wisconsin

• Tour of Readers Loft Bookstore
• Interview with Prof. Derek Jeffreys, author of Spirituality in Dark Places: The Ethics of Solitary Confinement
• Interview concerning the work of political cartoonist Lyle Lahey archived in the Cofrin Library
• Tour of Green Bay with Michael Bie, author of It Happened in Wisconsin
