Worth the wait: Distinguished alumnus Abboud gets his award

It took a while, but 2011 UW-Green Bay Distinguished Alumni Award recipient Daoud Abboud finally has his award in hand. The 1987 graduate wasn’t able to travel to campus for the annual awards dinner in April. Instead, on a recent trip to Jordan, UW-Green Bay’s international project coordinator, Jay Harris, surprised Abboud with the etched glass award at a multi-club Rotary meeting in Amman.
