Peru’s Culinary Fusion is next week

Join Prof. Gabriel T. Saxton-Ruiz for a program called “Peru’s Culinary Fusion” with a dinner from 5:45 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, in Phoenix Room C. Tickets can be purchased at the University Ticketing and Information Center (UTIC) in the University Union. Cost is $15.75 per person.
