Ward shares budget update with employees
On April 14, UW-Green Bay Interim Chancellor David Ward sent an e-mail update to faculty and staff regarding cuts and cost-saving measures brought on by the state’s fiscal woes. The University is in reasonable shape give the magnitude of its multi-million-dollar challenges, Ward said, but vacant positions, pay freezes and the lingering possibility of sharper cuts down the road make for a sobering situation. For the benefit of our many off-campus readers, his letter is archived at http://www.uwgb.edu/chancellor/remarks/budget090414.htm
