- The Green Bay volleyball program welcomed setter Jenna Hoffstatter (Stanley, Wis.) and libero Emily Lautenschlager (Greenville, Wis.) to the 2016 fall roster. They complement setter Maddie Yoss (Brookfield, Wis.) and attacker Hanna Hoesley (Arcadia, Wis.) — who signed National Letters of Intent last November.
- Assistant men’s basketball coach Ben Swank was selected to the 2016 Under Armour 30-under-30 Team presented by the National Association of Basketball Coaches. The list honors head and assistant coaches under the age of 30 across all levels of college basketball. Swank was the only coach from the Horizon League or the state of Wisconsin listed. He joined Green Bay head coach Linc Darner’s staff in May 2015.
- Green Bay junior guard/forward Tesha Buck was granted official release from the University. Buck was a valuable contributor for her three years with the Phoenix. Head coach Kevin Borseth said in a statement, “We want to thank Tesha for her dedication and contributions to the program over these past three years. We only hope for the best in her future.”
